Ray at TASC was extremely helpful in inspecting a house we were purchasing that had a survey saying there was asbestos in the textured ceilings. He was very quick to organise a visit and upon visiting assessed every room and found only woodchip not asbestos. It was such a relief for us as buyers to have a professional inspect the property. He also said that because no samples were needed, that he wouldn’t charge us the normal £50 fee, which was very kind of him. Would definitely recommend!
